OPTIONS :D

We have options when going down this path of disappointment, but which one is really the right path to take?
Which ones have we taken before, and how did that work out for us?
Option 1.) Allow the fear, anger, and disappointment to rage.  The rage will touch every aspect of your life.  It will affect every job, every plan you ever had, and even every dream.
Option 2.) Keep trying Harder.  You can turn yourself inside out, upside down, or right side out trying to make things happen.  You can keep throwing yourself at your problems, wear yourself slam out trying to yank on the puppet strings of your life.  The truth is, you can pull and tug, tug and pull, tug and pull harder and still have your dreams dissolve right before your eyes.
Option 3.) You can get to the place in life where you can say, “Not my will, but your will. I’m not in control at all God. You are, and Only You.”
During these times, we sometimes have NO WORDS to pray.
Remember Romans 8:25 – 26 “if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weakness.  For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered” (NKJV)
I know as children we are all taught to NEVER say “I can’t” ,but sometimes the very act of saying “I can’t”  we began to heal.  We finally start to relinquish control, and in the process we give God permission to work in our lives.  That’s the real beauty of a surrender.
“Let it Be”
In the Gospel of Luke, an angel brings a message to Mary.  The angel reveals amazing, unbelievable, and probably terrifying news to a young girl from the town of Nazareth.
Mary was probably filled with a million questions. But in response to the angel’s news: “Behold the maid servant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word” (Luke 1:38 NKJV).
Mary says, “Let it be.” Those words usher her into a season of wonder.  With just those 3 simple words, she lets go of her plan, her way, her dreams, her expectations, and her will… Making way for God to open a channel to change the world which is just the beginning.
“Let it Be” and see what God can do when you give Him room to work.
Will you let God work and “Let it Be”?
